Description
This particular Judge Convertible is one of only 168 built. The power was derived from a 400cid/366hp V8 engine. It has many wonderful, standard features and options that loudly declare its status as a highly coveted muscle car.
It came from the factory with bucket seats, special exterior trim, power brakes, top and widows, Ram-Air induction, dual exhaust, chrome valve covers, black textured grille, Rally II Wheels (with no trim rings per factory specifications), floor shift automatic with console, and power-flow ventilation without air conditioning, remote drivers side sport mirror correct. "The Judge" markings and the distinctive rear spoiler.
All aspects of this car are beautifully presented, including the engine compartment and trunk. The exterior is finished in "Starlight Black". It has a black with red interior and "The Judge" graphics displayed in the primary color of blue with yellow and red trim. When new, "The Judge" was delivered to the now defunct Woody Pontiac Sales in Hamtramck, Michigan. The recipient of a frame-off concurs quality restoration.
This is a great car that has received first place awards in the junior and senior categories of the AACA and also was nominated for a national award and with the Antique of Automobile Club of Commerce.
